If you ask the people who know me what’s the number 1 concept I use, they’ll probably refer you to the Minimal Viable Action.
There’s a reason why I’m so keen on this.
It helps create and sustain momentum.
You see, I was already in bed, ready to sleep when suddenly it hit me: I hadn’t written today’s newsletter.
Now, if I had to write a long essay, every single day, I would’ve probably found a way to rationalize the situation, create the perfect excuse and just go back to sleep.
But my approach to these 100 days is one of MVAs.
Sure, some issues are longer than others.
But I truly believe that building the momentum for the past 73 days has been a driving force of change and I would lose it today if it wasn’t for this concept.
So, once again, as I did before, I’m here, reminding you that small steps done consistently will bring you results far better than significant initiatives, done sporadically.
