The 1 trick to increase your student's experience

Today I got to teach my first class at Oeiras International School as a mentor for Entrepreneurial Gym and the sheer tenacity of the kids amazed me.

You know, sometimes we’re inspired by mentors and people we look up to. But it’s important, especially as educators, to leave emotional and mental space to be inspired by our students.

That entices an attitude of curiosity towards them.

You know what happens when students feel that you’re curious about them? They feel seen, heard, and excited. That’s when the magic starts to happen.

That’s a small thing you can do, as an educator, to drastically increase your student’s experience.
